Ofsted

As you may be aware, Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills) are a Government agency responsible for inspecting and regulating services which care for children and young people. This includes inspecting schools and educational establishments for learners of all ages.

Inspections follow a rigorous framework, the latest framework was introduced in September 2015. All schools are expected to provide a standard of education for their pupils which is ‘Good’ or better.
